So you’ve decided to start selling crystals online, and now you’re searching for crystal wholesale suppliers. That’s an excellent decision, if I can say so myself.
Online retail is exploding in popularity, and more and more people are shopping online. On top of that, interest in the healing crystal market has never been higher.
Additionally, inexpensive, accessible platforms like Etsy and Shopify are now available for hosting and marketing your store.
These are the perfect conditions to take your passion for natural crystals and stones and turn it into a profitable business!

A key part of your success will be creating relationships with crystal wholesale suppliers
The first rule of having a crystal shop is to NEVER pay retail prices for crystals you want to resell! You’ll never be able to make a profit this way.
Since there are so many choices for wholesalers to work with, it can be hard to know where to start.
If you’re in the U.S. – most of the wholesalers you’ll want to work with are outside of the United States. If you don’t already have a business license, to buy crystals at wholesale prices you’ll have to shop internationally.
That means you have to put your trust in a business across the world, and spend startup cash to order crystals you’ve never seen with your own eyes, or held in your own hands.
So you’re probably wondering: How do I find trustworthy suppliers, who sell quality crystals at favorable prices?
Here’s a really honest tip: To be successful in this business, it’s absolutely critical to do your own research!
Take a shortcut and get contact information for suppliers I use in this crystal wholesale supplier list.
The best places to start
Below are the best places to find suppliers for crystal shops. I get it – it might sound too simple to source crystals on the same websites that you already use daily.
Believe it or not, this is where I started, and where other home-based online crystal shops are finding their trusted wholesalers. It works for us, and will work for you too.
Good old Google is a great first stop to build a thriving crystal business. Search for “crystal supplier”, “wholesale crystals”, “crystal mine Brazil”, and similar keywords.
Join groups for crystal buyers and sellers, like All About the Rocks and Crystals and Stones Wholesale, where suppliers post their latest items. You can also purchase items directly from sellers over Facebook Live streaming videos.
Many suppliers also sell live daily on Instagram. Search hashtags like #crystalliveshow, #crystalsupplier, and #wholesalecrystals to find and follow Instagram suppliers. Set up notifications to get notified every time your favorite suppliers go live.
Online marketplaces like eBay and Etsy
Find wholesale suppliers by searching for crystals in bulk, wholesale, or flats. (A flat is a set amount of specimens wrapped up in a box.)
It takes some persistence – but with these freely available websites, you’ll find all of the suppliers you need to launch your business.
Get crystal wholesale suppliers to come to you
There’s no central directory of vendors to work with. And you can only spend so much time digging through search listings and social media profiles. So part of your sourcing strategy should be to get suppliers to come to you directly.
If you do this one thing, your inbox will be full of requests from suppliers who want to work with you.
Create an Instagram account for your crystal shop
Yep, that’s it. Just:
- Create an Instagram account with your shop name and logo
- Follow other crystal shops and like and comment on their photos
- Post pictures of crystals you’ve already sourced, or of your personal crystal collection, and add hashtags like #crystalshop
Within no time wholesalers will start following your Instagram. Their bios will say that they are crystal wholesalers or crystal sellers. Their feeds will have pictures of items in their inventory. Direct message them, or wait until they go live, to inquire about prices and start an order.
Of course, you’ll want to vet these vendors by:
- Looking at how long they’ve been in business
- Searching their post comments for feedback from their customers
- Browsing their website, if any
- Asking for detailed photos and measurements of your claims
- And making sure they take PayPal for payment, since PayPal will protect you as a buyer
This is a great way to find vendors with high quality crystals and decent wholesale prices.
